This year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” emphasizes generosity and collaboration, reminding us that when people uplift women, everyone benefits. The event reflects WIBA’s mission to cultivate a vibrant, inclusive network where local women entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals can thrive.

We’re thrilled to welcome Ally Stone as the keynote speaker for this year’s International Women’s Day. Ally is a transformational speaker and masterful storyteller whose message cuts through the noise. Join us for a morning of inspiration and connection on March 1, 2026 at L’OCA – Pyro.
The date is approaching fast and we’re making preparations. Don’t miss out!

In 1975, March 8 was declared International Women's Day by the United Nations. Since then, it has been a day to celebrate women, our achievements, raise awareness about discrimination and amplify our voices.
Women worldwide have been in an organized fight against oppression since 1908. Much progress has been made since then but we still have work to do.
