2027 International Women's Day

As an executive leader, Lynette questions and challenges the status quo, believing there is always a better way of doing something if we are willing to be open, foster creativity, and encourage innovation. She has helped build organizations, brands, and ecosystems across three provinces and internationally. 

Now, as Founder of Iconoclast Solutions, Co-Founder of Stay Spicy Inc, and Co-Host of the Stay Spicy Podcast, Lynette is leveraging her experience to help leaders grow their brand and their business and navigate change effectively.

In her spare time, you can find Lynette traveling the world, performing spoken word poetry, attending rock concerts, cuddling with her cats or latin dancing!
